Along with a talented group of designers and engineers from Onset Engineering Inc., we helped develop a needle-less, Luer-Loc type, single dose (SDV) and multi-dose (MDV) medication vial. for our customer by our engineering solution service and using SLA technology.

Safer – It goes without saying that eliminating the needle increases healthcare worker safety.
Simpler – The procedure for withdrawing medication has now been greatly simplified. Attach the syringe to the vial, inject air and draw up the medication.
Faster – With the elimination of opening a needle package, attaching it to the syringe, injecting air, withdrawing the medication, removing the needle from the syringe and properly disposing the needle, the process of drawing up medication is much faster. This saves vital seconds in an emergent situation.
