FDM Fused Deposition Modeling

ABS - The most popular material, is also great for saving weight, durability, and easiest to post process.

PLA - Stronger than ABS, but also heavier, and cannot withstand the heat from direct sunlight.

PETG - Same as PET used for water bottles, is a great alternative to ABS if warping/shrinkage is a concern. 

TPU - When flexibility is needed, and is extremely tough.

ASA - Same as ABS, but with a UV additive for outdoor applications.

PC/ABS - Polycarbonate and ABS blend, for added stiffness and strength.

NylonCF - Carbon Filled Nylon is our favorite, for functional parts under constant stress

NinjaFlex - More flexible and better elongation than TPU. Night and day difference.

ESD Safe - Available composite of most standard materials for Electrostatic Discharge protection of sensitive electronics.

Flame Retardant PC/ABS - For plenum and heat resistance

NylonGF - Glass Filled Nylon for impact and high temperature resistance.

NylonK - Kevlar Filled Nylon for abrasion resistance.

PP - Polypropylene, for durability, low friction, and lightweight.
